The Abbey invites Christians in Colorado to deepen their life with God. An interdenominational ministry, the Abbey weaves together wisdom from various streams within the centuries of Christian tradition and practice to create space for Christians to encounter the living God. Our offerings include:

A 9-month journey inviting pastors and local faith leaders to receive rest, refreshment, and care for their own souls.
Spiritual Direction
Connect with Christian spiritual directors trained in the art of "holy listening" who can prayerfully come alongside you as you learn to discover more of God's presence in your life.
Seasonal Retreats
Biblical and experiential, seasonal retreats correspond with the Church calendar and offer opportunities to rest and simply be with God.
